Credentialed Teachers

Each Write Well, Write Now mentor teacher holds a teaching credential in the
State of California if they are instructing students aged 18 or younger.
|
| |
 |
Master's Degree (or higher)
|
| |
All Write Well, Write Now mentor teachers who teach in our SAT programs also
have a master's degree or higher.

 |
Trained in Write Well, Write Now techniques
|
| |
We put our mentor teachers through a rigorous training program that includes
seminars, training sessions, reading material, practice time, working with
fictitious students first, and a shadowing period where each critique and note
to students is pre-approved before being posted.
After completing our training program, our qualified mentor teachers are ready
to begin teaching students, however each mentor teacher is still shadowed and
monitored on a weekly basis to ensure the highest quality teaching
available! (Many tutors at learning centers and independent tutors
have no checks-and-balances to ensure that they are doing their jobs and doing
them right).

Flexibility Delivered
|
| |
Because each mentor teacher works with students individually, students receive
instruction that is personalized directly for their needs. Our
program is Flexible, Convenient, and
Affordable!
Time Flexibility.
Students can logon when they want: Early in the morning, after
school, after dinner, on Saturday or Sunday….there is no limit to the number of
logins or the number of hours a student can spend studying.
(We recommend 2 hours per week, minimum).
Unlimited Critiques.
Students who want or need more feedback get as much as they need.
We don't overwhelm your busy student, however. Feedback each week
is focused on helping the student improve 2 – 3 areas in his or her
writing. This keeps the student from being bombarded with too much
information.
Over 8 full weeks, we are able to teach an average of 20 writing concepts to
your student – writing concepts that will benefit him or her in high school,
during the SATs, and in college and beyond.
If a student is motivated and wishes to complete more lessons, there is NO
LIMIT to the number of lessons that can be assigned through the
Personal Start Page, or the number of hours spent learning, or the
number of essays that can be critiqued. There is also no limit to
the number of articles that can be read or accessed in our
Learning Library.
Students can also e-mail their mentor teacher at any time or call during office
hours as many times as they wish. Our mentor teachers are there to
help your teen learn and grow in writing ability!

Highly Paid
|
| |
We've got the belief that "you get what you pay for. "Most other
SAT programs do not pay their teachers well. We at Write Well,
Write Now believe in paying our Mentor Teachers above industry standards.
Why?
Because we expect above industry standards in customer service.
We respect the knowledge, skills, and abilities of our mentor
teachers. Along with that respect comes respectful
pay. Our mentor teachers work hard to give personalized instruction
to your student – they care about each of their students as individuals and
deliver timely, effective instruction.
