*Career Opportunities* Write Well, Write Now is a company committed to providing jobs that can be worked primarily from home. We value and respect our employees' and independent contractors' time and need to watch their children grow (or grandchildren!) and give time to their spouses. We are a company of cultural diversity and recognize that our great United States has a wide variety of people living and working in diverse communities. Mentor Teachers: Mentor teachers are put through a rigorous screening and, if qualified, are trained extensively before teaching students. Salespeople: We hire highly experienced salespeople who are professional, honest, and have a solid outside sales job history. Our salespeople set their own hours, select their regions/territories, and work primarily from their homes (except when out on sales calls, of course!). Each Write Well, Write Now salesperson may take all of our courses for free, and is expected to complete at least one full course in an area of their own choosing, plus audit all other courses for a minimum of 2 weeks.
	Mentor Teachers
	Requirements: Teaching Credential (for mentoring 7th – 12th grade students) Master's Degree and/or Ph.D. Experience as a Writer Previous Teaching Experience Ability to recognize strengths and areas needing improvement in a student's writing. Ability to fairly and gently critique a student's writing Ability to work with second language learners Commitment to working from home Must own a computer, printer, and have DSL Must be a proficient typist, know Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and be able to conduct scholarly Internet searches with a variety of search engines. Must understand rules of Proper Academic Conduct, including plagiarism. Provide a scholarly writing sample of one's own work. Three letters of recommendation. Professional Resume *Additional Qualifications* : Mentor Teachers who would like to work with our fiction/non-fiction sections must have a Master's or higher and be a published author in the genre in which they shall mentor teach. Mentor Teachers who teach our business writing classes must have at least 10 years experience in business writing. Mentor Teachers who wish to work with doctoral candidates must have a published dissertation and a Ph.D.

	Salespeople
	Write Well, Write Now is proud of hiring and maintaining a diverse sales force. Qualifications for a Successful Outside Salesperson are as follows: Honesty and integrity: Values are the core of our corporate environment. ALL Write Well, Write Now, Inc. salespeople must have the highest levels of ethics. Able to speak and write with error-free English. Previous outside sales experience Professional dress and appearance Excellent follow-through Ability to develop relationships with clients Ability to discern client's writing needs

	Excellent Pay
	We're proud of our pay here at Write Well, Write Now, Inc. Other educational companies that offer tutoring often pay $10 an hour to credentialed teachers! We would never offer below-par wages to any person in our employ or working as an independent contractor. If an individual is good enough to work with Write Well, Write Now, Inc., they are good enough to earn an outstanding wage.
