Junior High Remedial Instruction Write Well, Write Now offers highly structured courses for junior high school students (grades 6 – 8 or 9). We recognize that these students do not have the emotional capacity (for the most part) to work independently on their schoolwork, therefore we have created a program that has accountability and supervision components critical to Junior High School student success.
	Group Study
	All Write Well, Write Now students are assigned an individual mentor teacher and a private Personal Start Page, however our Junior High school students work at the same time in the same location (the school computer lab). A paraprofessional from the school district needs to be present with the students at all times, circulating to be sure that students are on-task. Students should be allowed at least 45 minutes of instructional time 3 days a week, although we will not limit students to the amount of time they can spend on the site. If they happen to have internet access at home or at a relative's house, they can also work after school is out, on weekends, and on school break. Knowledge. Confidence. Preparation.

	Learn to Write
	We teach all writing skills and elements necessary for immediate success: Sentence structure Punctuation Capitalization Parts of Speech Word Usage Correct Grammar Synthesis of Ideas Outlining & Organizing Thoughts Rapid Evaluation and Getting over Writer's Block Proof Reading Skills Revision Skills Interpersonal/Social and Emotional Learning And many, many more….

	Rapid Advancement
	Many students needing remedial instruction haven't been successful in a "traditional" learning environment (face-to-face teaching). Our Write Well, Write Now program is designed to keep the interest of students while providing them with alternative instruction that is both traditional and effective, yet fun for kids (they love working on the computer!).

	Our company is proud to offer generous discounts to school districts. We charge FAR less than Sylvan Learning Center and other in-person tutoring companies, yet we are not afraid to show you our results. You can watch student progress day by day, week by week. You can see your students' before and after samples as they move through our program. Unlike other programs that make promises they can't keep, we have nothing to hide. Our teaching and learning methodologies are outstanding for the teaching of writing.
