Registration is easy at Write Well, Write Now! We use a secure server so that all credit card information is secure and protected. As a member of the Better Business Bureau, we promise that none of the information we collect will ever be shared with any other business or organization without a written request by a parent or legal guardian.
Payment Options
It is possible to select payment in one of two different ways:
Pay a Deposit Now:
1) Pay a $49 registration fee now. This fee will hold a spot for your student in the course start date of your choosing. The balance of the course cost is due in full three days before the seminar date. When the entire amount is paid, you will receive your student's registration packet, syllabus, etc. You will receive a reminder email for the balance of the course cost before the course start-date.
Pay the Entire Amount Now:
2) Pay the entire $549 now. This will hold a spot for your student, and there will be no additional costs for the course. You will receive your student's registration packet at once, including directions to the University of California at Riverside, specifics on the course, and the course syllabus. The entire amount is refundable, less the $49 registration fee, at any time up until the start-day of the class. The registration fee may be applied to any course offered in the upcoming 12 months and is fully transferable to any other student for any reason for that same 12 months.

Is it safe to enter my credit card number?
Absolutely. We use only a secure server for credit card transactions. No one else is able to view your information. Access to financial information is not available to mentor teachers or other members of the Write Well, Write Now family.
What if it turns out that my child cannot go on the day we've selected?
No problem. We understand that schedules change due to changes in sports schedules, other activities, or simply life intervening. Simply pop us an email at least 48 hours before the course and we'll move your student to any available course offering within the next 12 months. In the case of a family emergency, we will be happy to move any student to another course start date at any time within the next 12 months.
What if my student does not attend the class?
With 48 hours notice prior to the course start-date, we will refund the entire amount of the course, less the $49 registration fee. That fee can be applied to any start-date within 12 months of the original class.
Students who are a no-show for the course seminar (without notification of illness prior to the first hour of the course) will receive a $250 refund of the course fees. The cost lost is the payment to the mentor teachers and staff during the in-person seminar portion.
If a student falls suddenly ill, we will move the student to another course held in the next 12 months at no additional charge and no financial penalty. Please advise us of sudden illness by email or voice mail no later than the course start date and time (8:30 a.m. on Saturday courses, 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday/Thursday courses). We would be pleased to work with you in any way necessary in order to ensure the success of your student.
Why is there a registration fee?
This payment holds a spot for students in the course of their choosing. It enables parents to pay less up front and not be charged credit card interest until the last possible moment. The fee is completely transferable for 12 full months if for some reason a student or family wishes to switch to another course. Please give us 48 hours notice prior to the course start-date if you find you need to switch to another start date.
