About Our Mentor Teachers Write Well, Write Now mentor teachers who mentor Ph.D. learners through our scholarly writing course all have a Ph.D. and thus are able to empathize with the busy doctoral candidate. The Write Well, Write Now mentor teacher goes through extensive pre-hire screening and then through a lengthy training process that includes classroom group training, individual training, online training and practice, and finally a "shadowing" procedure as they work with their first students.This ensures that all Write Well, Write Now, Inc., students experience the highest levels of instruction.

	Our mentor teachers post weekly "office hours" during which time they are at home, ready to answer your phone calls and e-mails. Our mentor teachers also check their e-mails and course rooms twice a day. There is no limit to the amount of help one can ask of a mentor teacher! If a student has a question…ask! If there is a particular area of grammar or usage or content or structure that's always had you curious…ask! If you are having a busy week and would like to delay your course for a week…ask! Your mentor teacher is pleased to be flexible with your particular needs.
