8-Week Writing Courses for
Students or Adults
(This information is for those attending an in-person seminar followed by online instruction)

Attend the entire six-hour in-person seminar.

Computer Requirements: Internet Access; Internet Explorer 4.0 and above or Netscape 7.0 and above; Browser scripting must be enabled; Email account, with the ability to send text files readable by MS Word
IBM or IBM compatible computers only (Sorry, no MAC)

Recommended minimal hardware configuration of 450 MHz CPU and 128M of RAM
Be available for the entire 8-week online portion of the course.

Able to type at least 30 WPM.

1-Day SAT Seminars

There are no computer or typing requirements for this entirely in-person seminar.

It is recommended that students attend the entire seven-hour seminar to get the maximum practice and information.

12- Month Writing/Editing/Tutoring Program

Able to meet twice with mentor teacher for a total of 6 hours of face-to-face tutoring/writing instruction.

Be willing to submit up to 20 papers for full and substantial editing and critique within a 12-month period.

Be willing to make repeated revisions on papers and take advice/positive criticism.

Computer requirements are the same as our 8-week courses.

Able to type at least 30 words per minute.

Online Adult Essay Writing and Online Scholarly Writing Courses
Should be available for the entire time-frame of your chosen course in order to get the maximum benefits.

Same computer requirements as our 8-Week Seminars.
